Vouchers are available in fixed denominations of $25, $50, $100 and $200. If you’d like to purchase a custom amount, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

If you’d like us to personalize your voucher with your name and the recipient’s name, just let us know—we’ll be happy to include it in the voucher text.

LA VIE DELIGHT - E-GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Non-Refundability

E-Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part.

2. Transferability

E-Gift Vouchers are transferable and may be used by any third party in possession of the voucher's unique code, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Partial Redemption and Balance Rollover

E-Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in part. In the event of partial redemption, a new voucher will be issued for the remaining balance, assigned a new unique code.

4. Validity Period

Each E-Gift Voucher is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated or refunded.

5. Permitted Use

E-Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed for the purchase of goods offered for sale by La Vie Delight. They may not be used for the purchase of additional e-gift vouchers or for any other unauthorized purpose.

6. Redemption Process

To redeem an E-Gift Voucher, the recipient must contact La Vie Delight at the following email address: info(at)laviedelight.com.

7. Security of Voucher Code

The unique code associated with each E-Gift Voucher is issued confidentially to the purchaser. The code must be kept secure and disclosed only to the intended recipient. La Vie Delight accepts no liability for unauthorized use of the voucher code.

8. Insufficient Voucher Value

Where the total value of a transaction exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the outstanding balance must be paid by the customer using an alternative accepted payment method (including, but not limited to, debit card, credit card, or PayPal).
