Can I choose another color or fabric for a certain dress?

Yes, if you like the style and not the color or fabric, let us know. We can swap the style and color/fabric for you.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we offer custom orders of up to person's bust of 48”. In fact, most of the time we encourage you have your clothes customized to your body measurements and height so that they fit well, correctly and are body flattering.

Are there extra fees for size customization?

There are no extra fees for size customization. However, a custom item cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Am I allowed to cancel an order?

Cancellations are accepted, as long as the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Custom items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Do I need a PayPal account to order an item?

You can pay for your orders with a credit or debit card via PayPal checkout, WITHOUT having a PayPal account.

We use PayPal to process all payments. When you proceed to checkout with PayPal, you will be provided with options to pay for your order either with a PayPal account balance if you have a PayPal account, or with a credit or credit card without having to have a PayPal account.
