2-piece 1920s reproduction dress in off-white & lavender georgette

This unique 1920s 2-piece ensemble is made of crepe georgette in off-white and lavender. It's a lovely handmade reproduction of a roaring 20s era dress. This 1920s dress can be worn as a Great Gatsby day dress, a 1920s daywear, a roaring twenties high tea dress, or a Downton Abbey dress, among others.

DRESS DESIGN

The blouse comes with a tie neckline and long sleeves. It is long and has a slit on each side of the hem, and is designed to fall below your lower hips. It is loose fitting and unlined. The tiny sash makes the blouse versatile; you can wear it loosely or body fitted.

The skirt has the shell and lining, both attached to a bodice in a form of a V-neck camisole. The lining of the skirt and the camisole are made of white lining rayon fabric, which is very soft and breathable. When you wear the blouse and skirt together the streamlined, straight bodice, silhouette of 1920s fashion is unaffected. The camisole also works as the lining for the blouse. It is loose fitting, has no zipper closure and to be slipped on through the head.

Note on your height: Both the blouse and skirt have a drop waist. Check the recommended height for each size on the Size Chart to make sure the drop waist falls correctly on your hips.

The outfit is available in 4 regular sizes, S, M, L, XL, and custom sizes for up to person's bust of 48 inches. The measurements of bust, waist and hips below are of a person’s BODY, not the dress itself.

Most of the time we encourage you have your clothes customized to your body measurements and height so that they fit well, correctly and are body flattering. And you will look great and feel confident in them. We offer custom orders of up to person's bust of 48”. There are no extra fees for size customization. However, a custom item cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Please contact us first if you would like a custom item before placing your order.

CARE

Hand wash, or machine wash in a washing bag in cool water (30C). Hang to dry and iron with medium heat.
